My name is Rachael Andrews and I’m bringing my various media skills together to provide an affordable alternative for those seeking a professional service to fit within their budget.

For me, it is all about making sure you get what you want, that your milestone event is captured and you have photos or video to look back on, or your written copy is perfect for your business, website or event. My extensive experience in interviewing and producing hard news stories and colour pieces can also prove useful for various publications and for case studies.

To give you a bit of insight into who I am, I was raised on a cropping farm on the Yorke Peninsula and moved to Adelaide in my late teens to study. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of South Australia and three years experience working for both The Murray Valley Standard in Murray Bridge and The Courier in Mt Barker. I’m currently employed with the Sporting Shooters’ Association of Australia as their Media Officer and have spent the past four years completing a Graduate Diploma in Communications with the University of South Australia and a Masters in Communication with Deakin University.

I now call the Adelaide Hills home and am enjoying living in such a beautiful area of South Australia. In my spare time, I play hockey, tennis and have a bit of obsession with reading wedding blogs despite not being engaged!!!
